Coonabarabran Amateur Dramatic Society has had a strong focus on developing youth talent since reforming in 2016 with regular productions involving students in all aspects of Theatre. 

Over the 2020-2021 Christmas School Holidays, CADS will be running a development program for youth interested in the Theatre. Separate programs will be run for School year 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12. At the completion of the program, students will then perform in a public performance in early School Term 1 2021. All teachers are fully qualified and have all necessary working with children clearances.

Lessons will be run once per week for 1.5 hours for years 4-6 and 2 hours for yeasr 7-9 and 10-12 and will commence after New Year. There will be a once off fee of $20 to help cover costs
